Caramel Sauce

1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup whipping cream, not whipped

Combine ingredients and bring to a boil, stir constantly for 3 minutes. Pour over bread pudding, or ice cream, dip apples into it, etc.! A truly evil creation :-)
