Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 3/4 cup butter
- 2 1/2 tsp fresh lavender (I used Royal Velvet Lavender--use after the flowers bloom, but pick out the flower first)
- 1 tsp Lemon extract
- 2 tsp walnut oil
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Blend all ingredients well. Add lavender last.
- Press into a 9 x 9 inch buttered dish.
- Bake until pale golden brown on the edges, about 22 minutes. Cool completely and cut into squares.
